Anoko no Kawari ni Suki na dake is a good pick if you're a fan of original mangas and need more sexiness in your life. I've seen plenty of anime like this but this one has a fresh plot. The stuff is definitely hentai, but there's not that much gore or extreme sex stuff that we have seen in the past.
